20 years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. –Mark Twain
Don’t disappoint yourself… Do something!

Of course health is a higher priority than fitness. One only tries to get fit when their health is in danger. John Maxwell said he only started going to the gym after he had a heart attack.
Look at the trend above.
Red line = amount of times “health” is googled
Blue line= amount of times “fitness” is googled
Apparently, at the end of every year, people in general care less about their health and more about fitness.
The purpose of this post is not to focus on this specific trend, rather to introduce my readers to Google Trends.
And ask the question: “What is important to YOU? What interesting trends have you found?”
I’m in my second job since graduating May 2007. This makes me wonder if what I’m learning now will matter in 5,3 or even 1 year.
